2. Reservation Matrix & Financial Settlement

All temporary accommodation holdings or event setup allocations are subject to specific room status and confirmation protocols:

1. Guaranteed Allocations: Reservations require full transactional verification or authorized corporate card tokens to be successfully held in our central system data pools.
2. Tariff Frameworks: Base rates displayed (e.g., ₹5,999 onwards) exclude statutory central or state goods and services taxes (GST). All outstanding service allocations must be processed prior to terminal checkout.

3. On-Site Check-In & Check-Out Protocols

Our operational schedules are strictly defined to guarantee seamless housekeeping sterilization and spatial readiness for incoming guests:

1. Check-In Timeline: Formal suite entry and key activation protocols commence strictly at 14:00 hours. Guests must present official government-issued identity cards at the destination desk.
2. Check-Out Timeline: Terminal room processing must conclude before 12:00 noon. Delayed check-outs will incur supplementary hourly charges based on dynamic inventory availability.

4. Leo Juventa & Amenity Regulations

Therapeutic wellness sessions and clinical water procedures handled within our multi-floor wellness hospital follow specialized medical guidelines. Guests must accurately disclose vital health details during initial check-ups. The estate management bears no liability for latent physical reactions resulting from undisclosed medical records.

5. LICEC Exhibition & Event Execution Areas

Organizers planning major enterprise conventions, destination weddings, or product launches at the Leonia International Convention & Exhibition Center (LICEC) must adhere to structural safety limits. Any sound staging configurations or structural modifications must strictly comply with regional decibel regulations and security parameters.

6. Liability Boundaries & Jurisdiction

Leonia Holistic Destination operates under the legal frameworks of the state of Telangana, India. Any disputes or structural contract breaches arising from website interaction or on-site guest procedures fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad.
