At Leonia Holistic Destination, we recognize that travel schedules can fluctuate due to unexpected circumstances. To ensure high-end spatial availability for all luxury patrons, cancellations or modifications of standard suite selections follow a specific time matrix:

During peak holiday windows, festival matrix blocks, and high-demand new year segments, a strict Non-Refundable protocol applies. Cancellations initiated inside these restricted windows will result in 100% retention of advanced deposits regardless of the time notice provided.
Therapeutic sessions, holistic clinical mappings, and spa hydrotherapy windows blocked at Leo Juventa must be adjusted or cancelled at least 12 Hours in advance. Failure to notify our wellness concierge desk inside this timeline will incur a standard retention charge of 50% of the selected therapy value.
Cancellation parameters governing destination weddings, grand banquets, or multinational corporate exhibitions hosted at the Leonia International Convention & Exhibition Center (LICEC) are handled via separate bilateral enterprise contracts. Standard individual stay parameters do not apply to bulk room allocations or exhibition space downpayments.
Once an authorized cancellation token is generated by our desk, verified refunds are processed within 7 to 10 Business Days. The processing speed depends entirely on global merchant gateways and individual banking network protocols.
